Print Medical Release Form and fill out
Original birth certificate and insurance card are required at registration.
Payment is expected on the day of Registration.
Payment is accepted in the form of cash, check, or money order.
Registration Dates for Spring '10 Season
Registration takes place on location at Masters City Little League, in the white building behind the fields and concessions.
Saturday, Feb. 13, 20, and 27th..From 10am - 2pm
Code of Conduct
All Coaches, Board Members, etc. are volunteers and should be treated with the proper respect, and courtesy, as directed by the code of conduct. The Code of Conduct is strictly enforced.
